The
Baileys have always put the fans first and this is a British
band proud of their roots. The songs have energy
and mean something lyrically, although we have managed to balance
things out with some tunes that just say: if all else fails just
get pissed!!
I have brought back the twin harmony lead guitar style reminiscent
of Thin Lizzy. Phil Lynott was and still is someone
dear to our hearts and a song called Wild One is all about
him. There are a few Celtic type songs
on the album plus some balls-to-the-wall,
rock in your face but with big
vocal melodies.
The fans will let us know if we have made the music they want
to hear?
Some people will slate it because of our background and some
people will get behind it, and us - because they know how passionate
and dedicated we are in all we try to achieve. The fact that our
music will be released world-wide next year is another milestone
in our career and after a life-time of promoting everyone else's
music, forgive us if we spend some time next year promoting our
own.
We hope buying Judgement Day
is less stressful than making it and we hope you enjoy it".
The
exclusive track listing and band interviews will appear here soon.
Keep a look out for Baileys Comet and the album Judgement Day around
Feb/March next year!
